Sales Policy

All animals are healthy to my knowledge at time of sale.

 I cannot guarantee that the animal(s) will reproduce, do well in shows, or guarantee temperament​.

Once the animal(s) leaves I am no longer liable for them, however, if any issues arise I can offer my knowledge.

Deposits:

Deposits are half of total unless stated otherwise.

Deposits go towards the total price.

Deposits are required if I am holding the animal(s) for longer than 48 hours.

I have the right to cancel a sale for any reason and if a deposit has already been made then the deposit will be refunded or the buyer can move the deposit to a different animal

Deposits are non refundable unless something happens to the animal(s) in my care.

If something happens to the animal(s) in my care then the deposit can be refunded or moved to a different animal.

I can meet for the buyer to see the animal(s) and for the buyer to pay cash or the buyer can pay via PayPal or Venmo.

If using PayPal or Venmo to pay then use the free way to pay or pay the fee amount it charges.

Transport:

At this time I currently do not ship but I am willing to work with ground transporters or meet.

Poultry:

All chicks will be held onto for at least 3 days after they hatch. ​

If wanting sexed babies I can do my best to check them but there will be no guarantees unless they are from a sex linked pen.

Goats:

Deposits on goats are $100 each

I will hold for 30 days(after the 8 week mark for kids) for free after deposit is put down.

After the 30 days are up and the goat(s) are not picked up then there will be a $5 a day fee for each kid and a $10 a day fee for each adult goat, the buyer will have to agree to this in writing/text or the deposit will be considered forfeited.

The extra day fees will need to be paid at time of pickup.

If the goat(s) are not picked up within 30 extra days then any fees paid would be considered forfeited.

All goats will be disbudded(unless they are polled) 

If buyer requests their goat to not be disbudded I require the full purchase price at time of agreement.

​I do not guarantee scur-less goats. 

All kids will be tattooed before leaving.

All kids will have been on coccidia prevention.

All goats no matter the age will be sent to their new home(s) with a baggie of transition feed.
